What will you be doing?

As an arenaflex Customer Experience Advocate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Experience: Delivering personalized, empathetic, and proactive support to homebuyers throughout their journey.
  • Interacting with Customers: Engaging with customers on the phone, via email, or in person to address their concerns, provide updates, and ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Identifying Training Content: Analyzing customer reviews and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing training content and initiatives.
  • Training and Mentoring Peers: Sharing your expertise and knowledge with colleagues to maintain high standards of customer experience.
  • Follow-up and Resolution: Following up with customers who have experienced issues, ensuring that their concerns are addressed and their needs are met.
  • Trend Analysis: Conducting analysis on customer feedback and survey data to identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions.
  • Minimal Travel: Occasional travel to our markets in Kentucky and Ohio to engage with customers, attend training sessions, and participate in company events.
  • Other Duties: Performing other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
