The Role
As a Chat Assassin, you'll be working in sales, promoting coaching programs designed by our clients, who are business coaches. You'll be part of a high-performing team that works inside social media chats, such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, build relationships, and close deals. You'll be challenged to come up with strategies to manage your team to success, and you'll be rewarded with commissions per sale.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with potential clients in social media chats to promote coaching programs
- Build relationships and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to manage your team to success
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals
- Participate in training and mentorship programs to improve your skills and knowledge
- Meet and exceed sales targets to earn commissions and bonuses
Essential Qualifications
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Interest in the Sales field
- Desire for a stable income in $USD
- Fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Stable internet connection
- Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their features
- Familiarity with coaching programs and business coaching
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
