We have strong demand for Spanish speaking clients, giving bilingual producers more opportunities to quote, close, and grow their income faster. You will work with warm leads, proven systems, and a team that supports you daily. This is not a passive role. It is built for someone who is competitive, disciplined, and ready to produce. We offer a 36K base with a clear path to earning 60K to 100K plus through commissions and bonuses. Your income is directly tied to your consistency and results. Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements Active Property and Casualty license required Previous insurance sales experience required Fluent in both English and Spanish required Remote sales experience preferred Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Strong communication and closing skills Comfortable working in a fast paced, high activity environment Self motivated and disciplined while working from home Experience with CRM systems preferred Reliable internet connection and professional workspace required

Responsibilities

Engage with English and Spanish speaking leads to understand coverage needs Quote and present Auto Home and bundled policies clearly and confidently Maintain consistent daily activity including calls texts and follow up Work provided leads and generate additional opportunities through prospecting Keep CRM systems updated including AgencyZoom and Lead Manager Provide strong customer experience while guiding clients through coverage decisions Stay connected with the team through communication and training Consistently meet daily activity expectations and monthly sales goals
