Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Greet customers, run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to enhance their shopping experience
  • Work with our food program to provide customers with a wide range of options and services
  • Gain entry-level management experience by leading shifts on a regular basis, developing your leadership skills, and mentoring team members
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
  • Provide fast and friendly service to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss sales strategies, customer feedback, and operational improvements
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and maintain store appearance standards

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Lead Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
