Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist – Healthcare Data Entry and Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and maintain health-related data accurately and efficiently in our system - Assist with updating medical records and reviewing health data for compliance - Support the health operations team to maintain quality standards - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data entry and operations - Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors - Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity - Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders

Essential Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in data entry, healthcare, or a related administrative field - Proficiency with health-related data entry software and tools (e.g. Epic, Cerner, etc.) - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment - Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and healthcare software - Certification in medical coding, billing, or a related field - Experience with data analysis and reporting - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
