What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients. Your primary duties will include:

• Assisting Individuals: Help individuals understand their coverages and select the right products, services, and solutions to meet their personal needs.
• Providing Full Lifecycle Customer Service and Sales: Offer full lifecycle customer service and sales support, including accepting inbound calls, making outbound calls, and responding to customer inquiries.
• Responding to Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening, selecting the best solution in an efficient manner.
• Identifying Additional Needs: Identify additional needs customers may have and help them upgrade products or services.
