Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the following responsibilities:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing clients related to our services and programs
  • Provide one-to-one telephone contact with clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately document client interactions, including enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances
  • Enter client information into our web-based computer system for efficient and accurate tracking
  • Maintain technical and program policy proficiency in our services and programs, including relevant rules and guidelines
  • Provide clear, complete, accurate, and objective information to clients based on a full understanding of our services and programs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service principles
  • The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions
  • A commitment to achieving results through knowledge, empathy, and dedication
  • The ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A background and drug screening will be required for this position

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of our services and programs, or a willingness to learn and develop this expertise
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
