Job Summary

As an AidQuest Chat Caregiver Leads Coordinator, you'll be responsible for receiving and managing chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our internal job postings remain visible only to our team members. This is a critical role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and manage chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our internal job postings remain visible only to our team members

  • Coordinate with our recruitment team to ensure that all leads are properly processed and assigned to the relevant team members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, including lead status, assignment, and follow-up activities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve lead management and recruitment processes
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure that our job postings are optimized for maximum visibility and engagement
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and team members, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and lead management, making recommendations for process improvements and innovation

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in recruitment, lead management, or a related field

  • Proven track record of success in managing and coordinating multiple leads and projects simultaneously
