Job Summary

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers in a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and adaptability, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values to our customers and the community.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and parking lot
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a convenience retailing or fueling environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and mobile payment processing
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
