Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience through our web and call center operations. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers through various channels, and providing expert product and solutions knowledge to our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Develop expertise in arenaflex's products and solutions to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions confidently and accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
