Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide WOW! Customer Service: Deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly, approachable, and professional interactions, ensuring that every guest feels valued and supported.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of guest concerns.
  • Guest Registration and Check-In: Process guest registrations, handle payments, and ensure accurate record-keeping, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to arenaflex policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with instructors, lifeguards, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and reporting, as required to support the smooth operation of the facility.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Administrative Skills: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn arenaflex's software systems.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, adapt to changing situations, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with some college or relevant experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Swimming or Aquatic Experience: Previous experience in swimming, lifeguarding, or aquatic instruction, with a passion for water safety and education.
  • Event Planning or Coordination: Experience in event planning, coordination, or management, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
