Job Summary
As a Data Entry Operator / Checks Processor, you'll be responsible for physically sorting, scanning, and keying in checks daily. You'll also be responsible for organizing the checks and getting them ready to be shipped out. This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4pm, with a 6-week training period.
Key Responsibilities
- Physically sort, scan, and key in checks daily with high accuracy - Organize checks and prepare them for shipping - Meet productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient processing and shipping operations - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a high-volume environment - Comfortable working with a high-volume workload and in a fast-paced environment - Ability to type 45 words per minute with high accuracy - Previous data entry experience with high accuracy is preferred - Ability to lift up to 20lbs - High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required - Must be at least 18 years of age or older - Must be eligible to work in the United States - Must be able to pass a criminal background check - Must be able to complete a typing test assessment
