Responsibilities of the Sales and Customer Service Coordinator

As a Sales and Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Driving sales by promoting our services, answering questions, and making recommendations to our customers
  • Managing front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling customer complaints
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including sales data, customer feedback, and employee performance
  • Collaborating with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
  • Providing training and support to new employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
  • Conducting weekly audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements for the Sales and Customer Service Coordinator

* High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Two or more years of previous customer service and/or administrative office experience required
  • High level computer skills required, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and other software systems
  • Sales experience required; prior training of staff members preferred
  • Ability to work with children and families
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Must pass background examinations (included with training)
  • Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certification required and will be provided during training

Work Environment

While performing this job, the employee is exposed to heat and humidity occasionally. Noise level is usually moderate.
