Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and online chat. You'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, resolving issues, and answering questions about our health insurance products. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences via phone, email, and online chat - Manage customer accounts and provide technical support - Enter application data accurately and efficiently - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues - Adapt to changing projects and updates with flexibility and ease - Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities - Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex products - Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Essential Qualifications

- 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred - Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner - Ability to work from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace - Personal device with a functioning camera required for the training period - Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period - Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet - Cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required (mobile internet service providers and satellites not compatible)

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act - Previous experience in a call center environment - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - Spanish bilingual, a plus

Compensation and Benefits
