Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience to our clients. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch support, answering questions, and resolving issues related to health insurance enrollment. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat
- Manage customer accounts, resolve issues, and provide technical support
- Enter application data accurately and efficiently
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
- Adapt to changing projects and updates with flexibility and agility
- Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities
- Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure certification and compliance
Qualifications
* 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus
- Spanish bilingual a plus

* Competitive hourly rate: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour, depending on experience
