Remote Insurance Representative
Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations with clients who have requested information about insurance products
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions, including life insurance and financial protection plans
- Educate clients on policy options, benefits, and long-term financial security strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and personalized service
- Manage and track client interactions using the company’s CRM system
- Follow a proven, step-by-step sales process to guide prospects from initial contact to policy placement
- Handle inbound leads provided by the company
- Maintain consistent activity levels to meet and exceed sales goals
- Collaborate with team members and mentors in a remote environment
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Coachable and willing to learn new systems and strategies
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with virtual communication tools
- Prior sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required
