Key Responsibilities

As a Fully Remote Customer Inbound Representative, you'll play a critical role in promoting and selling arenaflex's products and services to new and existing customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting and selling products/services to new and existing customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Building and maintaining positive business and customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Handling customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meeting sales targets on time by effectively managing your time, prioritizing tasks, and staying organized.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to support sales efforts and achieve business objectives.
