Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of our company, and your exceptional service skills will help build trust and loyalty with our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using technology

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus!
