Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Processor to join our Lockbox department in Memphis, TN. As a Data Entry Processor, you'll be responsible for performing accurate and timely numeric input of check amounts, payee validation, and MICR correction while following specific instructions in the Lockbox customer's profile. If you're a team player with excellent 10-key data-entry skills, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Processor in our Lockbox department, you'll be responsible for:

• Performing data entry functions from checks image per clients' instructions
• Ensuring accuracy and productivity standards are met, in accordance with client service level agreements and department goals
• Cross-training and providing support in other areas of the department as needed
• Working in a team environment, ensuring work is processed according to individual client instructions and deadlines

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of previous data-entry experience
• A minimum score of 13,500 Ks/Hr - 15,500 Ks/Hr on numeric testing
• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent 10-key data-entry skills (both alpha, numeric, and combined)
• Team-oriented
• Accuracy, time management, self-motivation skills, and the ability to function independently
• Logical decisional-making rationale
• Ability to work under limited supervision
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong sense of urgency and efficiency
• Ability to work in a confidential environment
• Basic PC skills (production program is trained internally)
• Knowledge of MS Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
