Job Summary

As a Caregiver Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing internal chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregiving services are delivered with the highest level of quality and care. Key Responsibilities

* Manage internal chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregiving services are delivered with the highest level of quality and care

  • Maintain open communication with AidQuest and other stakeholders to ensure seamless lead management
  • Ensure that all leads are properly screened, interviewed, and onboarded in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with our recruitment team to identify and hire top talent for our caregiving positions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our caregivers, ensuring that they have the support and resources they need to provide exceptional care
  • Analyze and report on lead management metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lead management and caregiving services

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in lead management, recruitment, or a related field

  • Proven track record of success in managing internal chat employment leads and ensuring high-quality caregiving services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the healthcare or caregiving industry

  • Knowledge of AidQuest and their lead management processes
  • Certification in lead management or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and other lead management tools
