Position Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing Customer Orders: You'll use our world-class technology to process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries.
  • Being a Product Expert: We'll equip you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently, so you can provide exceptional support to our customers.
  • Building Business Relationships: You'll build strong relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat, and help them navigate our website and online ordering system.
  • Understanding Customer Needs: You'll use your excellent problem-solving and listening skills to understand customer needs and recommend arenaflex's best solutions.

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and use your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish): You'll need to be fluent in both verbal and written forms of Spanish and English.
  • Prior Customer Service Experience: While prior customer service experience is a plus, we'll train you to succeed in this role.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: You'll need to be able to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Technical Skills: You'll need to be proficient in using our world-class technology and online ordering system.
  • Language Skills: You'll need to be fluent in both verbal and written forms of Spanish and English.
