Job Summary

As an Impact Fix Client Service Expert, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You'll work closely with our Inward Body Shop team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service, from initial contact to final resolution. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Coordinating with our Inward Body Shop team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of client issues
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and concerns
  • Resolving client complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues

Key Responsibilities

* Work planning support

  • Contact between Client Guarantee Trained professionals and the Body Shop
  • Vehicle appearance arrangement
  • Client correspondence and assumption
  • Vehicle announcements
  • Material and supplies reordering
  • Fix survey and conveyance

What You'll Bring

* Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to follow directions

  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with those contacted on the job, including the public
  • Microsoft Office experience is a plus
  • Ability to train others
  • Ability to work independently in limited supervision conditions
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the automotive industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of electric vehicles and sustainable energy
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to train others
  • Microsoft Office experience is a plus
