Online Personal Training
We’re looking for a coach that’s hungry, experienced, and ready to help manage a large client base inside a fast-growing online coaching business. This is not for someone that just likes fitness. We want someone that:
- Has real experience working on the gym floor
- Holds relevant fitness qualifications
- Understands training, nutrition, habit change, and client communication
- Can coach people properly, not just hand out meal plans
- Is confident leading clients through long-term fat loss transformations
- Can manage a high volume of clients while maintaining high standards
- Wants to grow with a serious coaching brand
Your role will include:
- Delivering personalised training and nutrition support
- Running weekly client check-ins and progress reviews
- Adjusting and building programs based on client progress and lifestyle
- Providing accountability, education, and support
- Communicating with clients daily through our coaching platforms
- Helping clients build sustainable habits and long-term results
- Helping clients get the best results possible
Requirements:
- Experience in personal training/coaching
- Strong understanding of training principles and nutrition
- Great communication and people skills
- Organised, proactive, and reliable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced online environment
- Hungry to grow and improve
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience with online coaching
- Have worked with fat loss clients
- Have experience managing larger client loads
- Understand community building and client retention
Pay: $60.00 - $100.00 per hour Benefits:
