We are looking for a Sales Leader – Foamular® to lead our U.S. field sales organization and partner with key national and regional customers to deliver profitable growth.

About the Role

The Sales Leader – Foamular® is responsible for executing our commercial strategy across the U.S. by leading a geographically dispersed field sales team and working directly with strategic customers. This role translates business and enterprise strategy into clear sales priorities, strengthens key customer relationships, and ensures consistent execution across regions. This position reports to the National Sales Leader and requires extensive travel to support customers and the field sales organization. What You’ll Do Lead and develop a U.S. field sales organization, including direct and indirect teams Build deep customer and market understanding to deliver differentiated value propositions Partner with national and regional customers to drive profitable revenue growth and share gain Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with marketing, product, and cross‑functional partners Provide insight on market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and economic conditions Drive sales productivity through clear goals, KPIs, and performance accountability Lead annual sales planning aligned with both short‑term priorities and long‑term strategy Make key decisions related to pricing, channels, investments, and customer‑facing initiatives Attract, develop, and retain top sales talent through coaching, performance management, and succession planning Champion Owens Corning values related to safety, ethics, and integrity What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience) At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and/or account management Proven experience leading sales, marketing, or commercial teams (directly or through influence) Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills Demonstrated business and financial acumen, including pricing and margin management Strategic mindset with the ability to execute through teams Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels Experience operating across geographies and market conditions Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time Ability to live near a major U.S. airport Why Join Owens Corning Lead a high‑impact role within a recognized, purpose‑driven organization Influence national strategy and key customer partnerships Competitive compensation and benefits package Commitment to safety, sustainability, and employee development Inclusive culture that values collaboration, growth, and performance About Owens Corning Owens Corning is a branded building products leader with three complementary market-leading businesses providing roofing, insulation, and doors primarily for residential markets in North America and Europe.
