Job Title: Director, Financial Planning & Analysis Locations: Florida (remote) or Jacksonville, FL (hybrid)

About the Role

Intralinks is hiring a Director of FP&A to lead forecasting, planning, and performance analytics across the business. You will own the full P&L view: revenue, expense, headcount, and margin delivery against plan. You will partner directly with the executive team as a business partner who thinks like an operator, adding value beyond the numbers and driving disciplined budget cycles, quarterly reforecasts, and the annual operating plan. How You Will Make An Impact Own the company's financial plan: AOP, quarterly reforecast, long-range plan Apply AI and automation to scale the function: forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and self-service access to financial data Serve as the senior FP&A partner to the Executive team and functional leaders Run budget meetings with department heads; hold the line on commitments and surface risk early Shape strategic decisions: Headcount allocation, product investment, productivity, capitalization Build and maintain driver-based revenue and expense models across product lines and geographies Partner with Accounting on close, revenue recognition, and the accounting-to-business translation Lead and develop the FP&A team Required Experience 6+ years of FP&A experience, with 2+ years leading teams at the manager or director level Demonstrated fluency with AI tools in a finance context: has built or deployed AI-assisted forecasting, anomaly detection, narrative generation, or agent-driven analysis Full P&L ownership in a software or technology business; revenue and expense fluency Proven fluency with Workday, Adaptive Planning, and Tableau Strong executive presence; can hold the room with a CFO or board member Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related What Sets You Apart Proven ability to work with large datasets: build the model, find the signal, tell the story Track record of building teams, not just managing them Experience as the senior FP&A voice in executive and board settings MBA, CFA/CPA preferred Join SS&C, where innovation meets global opportunities.
