We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us and help create unforgettable collaborative experiences around the world. 🌎 About the role Epic Trips are curated group travel experiences hosted across 10+ countries, guided by Social Media Creators with engaged, passionate audiences. Each trip is sold through a structured 5-day live launch campaign run directly inside a WhatsApp community — and you are the person who makes that campaign work. As an Epic Sales Representative, you will own the most critical window of every trip launch: warming up a community of interested travelers, building genuine connections, and converting that energy into bookings. This is not a customer support role. It is a high-energy, people-first sales role where your communication skills, creativity, and ability to connect with strangers are your most valuable assets. What you'll do Manage WhatsApp communities of 50–1,000+ potential travelers during live 5-day launch campaigns, keeping energy high and conversations active. Reply personally to every new member who introduces themselves — making them feel genuinely seen, welcomed, and excited about the trip. Execute a structured daily launch sequence (content posts, Q&A, social proof moments, booking announcements, urgency messaging) across multiple simultaneous campaigns. Spark real conversations between community members, turning a group of strangers into a community that wants to travel together. Answer traveler questions about pricing, inclusions, destinations, and logistics accurately and promptly. Announce new bookings in real time to create momentum and social proof. Keep the trip's sales team informed of group sentiment, key questions, and signals worth acting on. Manage group settings, names, and moderation to maintain a professional, high-trust environment throughout the launch.

Requirements

Outstanding written communication in English — warm, fast, energetic, and human. Genuine enjoyment of connecting with people; you're naturally curious about strangers and make them feel welcome. Ability to juggle multiple fast-moving campaigns simultaneously without dropping the ball on quality. Highly organised and self-directed — you follow a daily schedule precisely and don't need to be chased. Background in community management, social media, customer engagement, hospitality, or sales preferred. Comfortable working Sunday through Thursday during active launch weeks. Apply To This Job
