About the Role

As the Marketing Manager at CrucialPoint, you’ll be responsible for generating leads and increasing brand awareness through strategic outbound marketing efforts. Your focus will be on running paid ads, executing cold email campaigns, managing outbound messaging, and overseeing content marketing to attract high-quality leads for the sales team. This is a marketing-driven role, not a sales position. Your success will be measured by the volume and quality of leads generated.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute outbound marketing strategies to drive lead generation. Manage paid ad campaigns, cold email outreach, and other outbound initiatives. Oversee content marketing efforts, including website updates, social media, and thought leadership. Continuously analyze campaign performance, test new strategies, and optimize for ROI. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning across all marketing efforts. Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business growth objectives. What Success Looks Like Consistently generating high-quality leads for the sales team to close. Successful execution of marketing campaigns leading to increased brand visibility. Improved conversion rates and optimized marketing performance based on data-driven insights. Key Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or outbound marketing within an agency or B2B environment. Strong knowledge of paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing strategies. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns. Excellent communication, strategy, and execution skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales and leadership teams.
