The Opportunity

As a New Customer Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in outbound and inbound phone sales and customer service functions. This is an excellent opportunity for you to grow your career, develop your skills, and achieve financial success in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

As a New Customer Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Placing outbound calls to promote and sell arenaflex services to new customers
  • Evaluating customers' current situations and dispatching sales to the field
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office applications to manage customer data and sales performance
  • Multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks to meet sales and customer service goals
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service objectives

Qualifications

To be successful as a New Customer Specialist, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Telephone sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • A thorough understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet sales and customer service goals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A background in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required
