Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Tier 1 Technical Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries. Responsibilities

As a Tier 1 Technical Support and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
  • Troubleshooting basic technical and user error issues with web cameras, microphones, and our platform
  • Investigating technical issues involving firewall access, installing drivers, and user issues related to Windows and Mac
  • Collaborating with school district IT staff, individual home-schooled families, and providers to ensure consistent delivery of our services
  • Thoroughly documenting all client interactions within Salesforce
  • Independently finding solutions to previously unsolved problems
  • Effectively triaging and escalating problems to Tier 2 support when appropriate
  • Responding to provider and customer billing questions
  • Utilizing our platform to ensure the timely entry of new schools and students
  • Fulfilling equipment orders for schools and students

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a technical support or customer service role

  • Knowledge of Salesforce and other customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience working with school districts, home-schooled families, and providers
  • Certification in customer service or technical support
