Daily Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your daily activities will include:
- Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and prospects
- Setting appointments and scheduling presentations to showcase our benefits
- Performing presentations to members of unions and associations who request our services
- Basic computer knowledge to navigate our systems and complete necessary paperwork
- Quality control to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Leadership development to help you grow and succeed in your role
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Good verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
- Excellent customer relation and communication skills to build strong relationships
- An upbeat and positive attitude with great energy to drive results
- The ability to interact effectively with people and groups at all levels
- Strong customer service and/or sales experience (a plus!)
- The ability to work effectively with all levels of management and employees
- A team player mentality to collaborate with colleagues and achieve common goals
- Legally authorized to work in the US or Canada
