Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Success Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll leverage your expertise in data analysis, account planning, and relationship management to develop and execute account strategies that drive long-term value creation. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, optimize sales, and promote compliant and profitable digital transformation. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth, you'll be responsible for developing business value propositions, negotiating commercial solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and ROI goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute account strategies that drive long-term value creation, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction

  • Leverage data analysis, dashboards, and analytical insights to inform account planning and optimize sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop business value propositions, negotiate commercial solutions, and promote compliant and profitable digital transformation
  • Evaluate consumer trends and optimize opportunities that align with sales or return-on-investment (ROI) goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and arenaflex's products and services to identify new opportunities and optimize sales

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, or a related field

  • 6 months of data analysis and/or data management experience
  • Proven track record of success in account management, consultative selling, negotiation, account planning, business analysis, program management, and relationship management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Computer Science

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue expansion
  • Certification in a related field, such as Account Management, Sales, or Business Analysis
  • Experience working with arenaflex's products and services, or a similar technology platform
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, market developments, and competitor analysis
