Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Immediate to Buyer Item and Tech Examination group. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for supporting business growth through data-driven insights, analysis, and recommendations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop data-driven solutions, and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that inform business decisions and drive growth

• Answer complex business questions and provide expert knowledge on various trade streams to enhance the customer experience and drive conversions
• Advance the scientific capabilities of the business by collaborating on the design of analytical solutions and delivering actionable insights and products
• Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Apply statistical techniques (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, regression, factor analysis, etc.) to understand customer behavior and drive business impact

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering)

• 3+ years of professional experience as a data analyst in an information and analytics space with expertise in SQL, Python, or R for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with large datasets
• Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: from unclear requirements to a compelling story, accessible to diverse audiences, and ultimately to a clear business outcome
• Strong relational and communication (written and oral) skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners
• Ability to present to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a scientific field

• Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
• Experience with marketing landing pages, join channels, and business spaces
• Ability to identify and properly escalate issues to management
• Counseling background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience
• Strong inspiration and ability to work independently
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Humor and a unique perspective that enhances your work and interactions with others
