Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Transportation Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of transportation data, including shipment tracking, inventory management, and logistics coordination
• Coordinating with transportation providers, warehouses, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods
• Analyzing data and identifying trends and opportunities for process improvements
• Developing and implementing solutions to optimize supply chain operations and reduce costs
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of transportation data, including shipment tracking, inventory management, and logistics coordination
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and logistics

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in transportation data entry, logistics, and supply chain management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and other logistics software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience with inventory management and control systems
• Certification in supply chain management or logistics, such as APICS or CLTD
• Fluency in Spanish or other languages
