Your Role

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission. You'll work directly with student loan borrowers to understand their needs, provide personalized support, and help them navigate our tools and programs. With training and hands-on experience, you'll become an expert in the student loan landscape and serve as the first point of contact for our users.

Key Responsibilities

* Understand arenaflex's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs

  • Engage with borrowers via email and live chat, providing empathetic and clear communication
  • Review and submit applications for federal loan programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Proactively suggest and implement ideas and automations that can help scale the team and improve customer experiences
  • Collaborate with the Borrower Success Team to achieve team and company growth goals, aligning with our social mission
  • Bring user feedback to life with the product, design, and engineering teams to create new features and offerings

Recommended Experience

We're seeking teammates with at least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in start-ups, finance (including financial aid or fintech), government programs, or customer support. Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, tackling complex social issues, and applying innovative solutions is highly valued.
