In this role, you will assist with coordinating travel arrangements, supporting clients throughout the booking process, and helping ensure every detail is handled with professionalism and care. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, managing details, and providing high-quality support in a flexible remote environment.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with planning and organizing travel experiences based on their interests and preferences Research lodging options, transportation, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages using approved systems and resources Review reservation details for completeness and accuracy before finalizing bookings Provide clients with helpful travel information, available options, and recommendations that align with their goals and budget Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online messaging platforms in a professional manner Support clients with itinerary adjustments, booking updates, and general service-related requests Maintain organized records, booking notes, and client documentation Attend online trainings, team meetings, and educational sessions to stay updated on industry information and tools
