- HR Assistant will manage many of the HR functions for the organization, including but not limited to:
- Assist with the daily operational of the Human Resources Department
- Answering phone calls
- Assist with employee/labor relations for the agency’s employees
- On boarding & Compliance for new hire
- Assist with training as needed
- I9 Audits
- Employee Handbook
- Assist Payroll process
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required, some college preferred
- Experience in an HR Generalist/HR Admin role
- General knowledge & experience of HR Laws & Regulatory Compliance
