Key Responsibilities

- Complete data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with research participants and study administrators
- Meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and internet navigation
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Data entry or administrative assistant experience is not necessary, but can be a bonus
Preferred Qualifications
* Background in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery driving, customer service, or sales
- Experience with data entry software and tools
- Strong typing skills (25 words per minute minimum)
- Ability to work with a webcam and smartphone for research studies
