Your Role

As an Entry Level Call Center Chat Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients via live chat on business websites and social media platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Interacting with customers via live chat, offering support and delivering information for a variety of inquiries - Handling routine support questions from existing customers and managing sales-related inquiries from potential customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions - Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

$35 per hour -

Working Hours:

Minimum of 10 hours per week, with the option to expand up to 40 hours based on your availability -
