Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support. You'll be the face of our organization, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues. This is a hybrid remote work opportunity, allowing you to balance your time between our remote office and home. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, email, and chat support

  • Assist customers with filing complaints, billing inquiries, and fulfillment issues
  • Make outbound calls to customers to update information, collect payments, or inform them of upcoming renewals
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior representatives or management as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, resolutions, and follow-up actions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide informed and accurate support

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong PC skills, including data entry, systems navigation, and basic troubleshooting
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download speed)
  • PC or laptop with at least Windows 8 or High Sierra IOS
  • USB headset for taking calls
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace
  • Ability to work 30+ hours per week, minimum
  • Ability to work at least one weekend day per week (weekend shifts are shorter from 7 AM to 12 PM)
  • Must live in Wyoming or Kansas

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk

  • Knowledge of industry-specific software, such as billing or order management systems
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Previous experience in a hybrid remote work environment
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
