Data Entry Online Specialist

Job Description:

As a Data Entry Online Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our office. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities:

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into arenaflex's database

• Verify and validate existing data using MS Excel
• As a remote data entry specialist, you will be expected to adhere to strict confidentiality protocols
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are essential for this position
• Other responsibilities may include:

+ Data entry and management + Data analysis and reporting + Communication with internal teams and stakeholders + Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or receptionist preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
