Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative – Entry-Level Position at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, ensuring their safety and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

  • Ensure the safe and efficient handling of passenger luggage, mail, and freight, adhering to arenaflex's safety protocols and procedures.
  • Operate ground equipment, such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow farm vehicles, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Use technology, such as scanners and computers, to track and manage passenger luggage and freight.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you're equipped to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
