Job Summary

We're seeking Full-time Data Entry Specialists to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into databases and systems, verifying and reviewing data for discrepancies or errors, and maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

* Accurately input and update data into databases and systems

• Verify and review data for discrepancies or errors
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Generate reports and perform data analysis as required
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Requirements

* High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

• Previous data entry experience is a plus, but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Educational Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED required

• Further education or certifications in data management or related fields are advantageous
