Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot technical challenges related to insurance processes, policies, and systems.
  • Conduct thorough research as needed to address complex customer concerns.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of consistent call center experience is required; 2-3 years is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience is essential.
  • Dependable attendance is crucial, particularly during the 2-3 week training program.
  • A quiet home office setup free from distractions is necessary.
  • Familiarity with the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS) is advantageous.
