Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Proficiency in using various software applications, including CRM systems, email, and chat platforms
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work model, with a combination of remote and in-office work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of iOS, iPhone, iPad, Mac, or PC operating systems
  • Familiarity with technical troubleshooting and repair procedures
  • Certification in customer service or technical support
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
