Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Part-Time Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our marketplace customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience with our services.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.

Qualifications
