For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director Investigations - Based In Alpharetta GA Or Remote to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $154,000 – $180,000 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Compliance Program under the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer
  • Conduct annual risk assessments and provide training on the process
  • Lead compliance management for Third Party Sellers and NSTP initiatives
  • Oversee investigations into ethics and compliance issues, ensuring thorough processes
  • Manage relationships with helpline vendors and ensure proper data flows
  • Implement corrective actions for compliance issues and assess their effectiveness
  • Support the creation and communication of compliance-related policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or its non-U.S. equivalent required
  • Advanced degree (MBA, JD) required
  • 7+ years of experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare compliance programs
  • Experience in internal audit, finance, or legal functions may also be relevant
  • Expertise in marketing or similar fields recognized if applicable skill set demonstrated
  • Fluency in English required; additional language fluency preferred
  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex matters
  • Integrity and commitment to ethical standards are essential
