LICENSED INSURANCE AGENT / SALES PRODUCER (REMOTE – ARIZONA RESIDENTS ONLY) Faithful Insurance is growing, and we are looking for highly motivated sales professionals who want to build a long-term career with unlimited earning potential. We are a faith-based, family-oriented independent insurance agency focused on helping clients protect what matters most through honest advice, fast service, and transparent quoting. This is a SALES-focused role only. Our service team handles policy servicing so you can focus on what you do best — building relationships, generating business, and closing deals. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Generate new business through self-generated leads, referrals, networking, and relationship building
• Develop referral partnerships with loan officers, real estate professionals, and other referral sources
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Umbrella, Life, and some Commercial insurance products
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain strong communication
• Build long-term client relationships and referral pipelines
• Use EZLynx management/rating system and CRM tools to manage prospects and sales activity

• Licensed Arizona P&C Agent preferred

COMPENSATION:

• W2 or 1099 options available
• Base + commission OR commission-only structure available depending on experience and fit
• First-year income potential typically ranges from $60,000 - $150,000+
