Job Overview
As a Customer Service Associate at our Amazon Locker+ locations, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing packages, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You'll work closely with our customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring that their shopping experience is nothing short of exceptional. Your role will be critical in driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
- Assist customers with questions, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service
- Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring that their needs are met
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
- Manage responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing site
- Use technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Receive truck deliveries and ensure that packages are processed efficiently
What You'll Need
* 18 years or older, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
