Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Care Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting the operations of Delta Airlines. You'll be part of a high-performing team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the airline industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of Delta Airlines operations and policies
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
