Job Summary

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and build long-lasting relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner

  • Focus on customer retention through proactive communication, issue resolution, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience
  • Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management to ensure prompt resolution
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
  • Following up on complicated customer calls, ensuring that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary, updating them in the CRM to maintain accurate records
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken to ensure a paper trail
  • Other duties as assigned by management to support the team's goals and objectives

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Bilingual a plus, but not required
  • Some sales and customer service experience, preferably in the energy industry
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar and spelling
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Some experience with MS Excel is a plus
  • Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
